HRBuffalo SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by or on behalf of HRBuffalo Services, L.P. (“HRBuffalo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to people who have agreed to receive them.

What messages we send

HRBuffalo may send texts in response to inquiries; to coordinate consultations, meetings, and appointments; and to communicate about requested HR, consulting, recruiting, or client services.

How you opt in

You may opt in by providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive HRBuffalo texts through a form, during a conversation, or through another clear consent method. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent.

When a website form offers SMS consent, the choice is optional, separate from submitting the form or agreeing to other communications, and the checkbox is not preselected. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services.

Frequency, rates, and delivery

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with HRBuffalo. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to an HRBuffalo text to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation message. We will not send further texts from that number unless you opt in again.

Privacy

We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date.
