Who is Jennifer?

Jennifer has worked in the HR space for almost 20 years in various capacities:  training | HR generalist | HRBP | HR Manager| HR Consultant. Like many in HR, she didn't begin her career in the field. Instead, she went to Niagara University and earned her Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism from Niagara University and worked briefly in the travel industry.  Several years later, while working in the education industry, she pursued and earned a Master's degree in Organization & Management with Specialization in Human Resources from Capella University and that is when her career in HR began.


She has earned her PHR and SHRM-CP certification and is a member of both the Buffalo Niagara Human Resources Association (BNHRA) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) member throughout her career.


Throughout her career, Jennifer's always been focused on putting the human back in human resources.  Jennifer enjoys working with companies that have an urgent need for Human Resources guidance and solutions throughout the HR continuum. She has led HRIS and ATS project teams, responsible for closing, relocating and opening facilities, traveled for work both domestically and internationally and worked in the following industries as an HR professional:  manufacturing, food service, education, banking, quality, logistics, distribution, and services.

Outside the Office

Jennifer is a lifelong resident of Western New York and a transient traveler to Florida.  She enjoys spending time with her husband traveling throughout the US and doing various outdoor activities during all four seasons. A member of several running clubs, she is an avid participant in hiking challenges, 5k/10k races, snowshoeing and spending time with friends and family. Go Sabres! Go Bills! Buffalove!
