Who is Elisha?
Elisha is an experienced Human Resources leader who knows that people are the key to your business success. Elisha believes that the right people practices drive business growth and efficiency, leading to better workplaces, more successful businesses, happy and engaged employees, and stronger communities.
Elisha’s passion for human resources began as an undergraduate at Cornell University where she earned a Bachelors degree in Industrial and Labor Relations. From there she attended Law School at The University at Buffalo, graduating with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law. Elisha practiced labor and employment law for several years before joining the Human Resources team at Catholic Health. After nearly 7 years at Catholic Health, Elisha moved into HR consulting, building an HR consulting practice from the ground up. Most recently, Elisha was the Chief Administrative Officer at Person Centered Services. Elisha joined Person Centered Services as their 13th employee and built up the workforce to nearly 750 employees. At Person Centered Services, Elisha oversaw the development of all of the administrative services functions including Human Resources, Training and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and Marketing and Communications.
Human Resources can be daunting for busy business leaders who don’t have the time or experience to navigate the increasingly complex world of regulatory requirements and best practices. Workforce issues continue to evolve rapidly, requiring cutting edge best practices and creative problem solving. With nearly 12 years of experience in executive human resources leadership and extensive business experience, Elisha enjoys partnering with clients to solve even the most complex workforce challenges.
