About Me:

Claudia is an HR Executive Consultant and Organizational Coach with over 30 years of experience working in a variety of industries. She has led the development and implementation of culture and leadership initiatives as well as, the full scope of HR programs and services.

Most recently Claudia served as an executive HR consultant for The Pontifical Mission Societies, the Diocese of St. Petersburg, FL, and the Diocese of Buffalo. Prior to that, she held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer for Fidelis Care of NY. She is a graduate Canisius College and holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Tennessee.

Beyond The Office:

Claudia volunteers her time as a member of Nardin Academy Leadership Council . She and her husband live in Orchard Park, and they enjoy playing golf and hiking in Chestnut Ridge Park.
